Genivance is an AI home design studio run by Keren Sophia Merzlyak, an individual based in Israel ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use Genivance. By creating an account or using Genivance, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use Genivance if higher. If you're under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use Genivance. Keep your sign-in method secure: you're responsible for what happens in your account.
Genivance is in beta and invite-only. Features, limits and availability may change while we build it.
2. Plans, credits and limits
Genivance has a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Max). Each plan has limits on projects, AI credits and custom items, shown in the app. AI credits reset monthly, don't roll over and have no cash value. We may change plan limits; changes to paid plans apply from your next billing period, and we'll tell you before they do.
3. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a plan you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, plus any tax that applies. They renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Manage billing: you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again. Switching between paid plans takes effect immediately; the difference is charged, or credited to your next payments, pro rata. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
If a payment fails, you keep your paid plan for a few days while it's retried. If it still fails, your account moves to the free tier.
4. Your content
Your projects, prompts, photos and floor plans stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Genivance for you: for example, sending them to our AI providers to produce designs, and showing them to people you share a link with. You must have the right to upload what you upload, including photos of places and people.
Designs Genivance creates for you are yours to use, including commercially, as far as we have rights in them.
5. AI output
Genivance's designs, measurements, furniture suggestions and renders are generated by AI and can be wrong. They're for inspiration and planning, not professional architectural, engineering, structural, electrical or legal advice. Check measurements and building rules with a qualified professional before you build, buy or renovate.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Genivance to break the law, upload content you have no right to share, harass anyone, try to get around plan limits or security, overload the service, or resell it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close a paid account without a breach on your side, we'll refund the unused part of the current period.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. This cancels your subscription immediately and deletes your projects, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
Genivance is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded by law.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies; continuing to use Genivance after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, without affecting the consumer protection of the country you live in.
